(2) The blind plate must have a uniform number, and the addition and removal of the blind plate must be recorded, and a diagram of the addition and removal of the blind plate must be drawn;

(3) The staff who add and remove the blind plate should be relatively fixed. In principle, whoever adds the blind plate is responsible for removing it to prevent omission. When adding or removing the blind plate, the staff must sign on the chart, indicating the addition and removal. Blind plate situation;

(4) The staff should have corresponding safety education and do a good job of safety protection. The selection of the blind plate should meet the technical requirements. In principle, it should be added to the rear flange of the incoming valve, and gaskets should be added on both sides of the blind plate. .
