What is the installation sequence of non-standard flanges?
Author:
Non-standard flanges are flanges used in pipelines during pipeline installation and are used in equipment to refer to the inlet and outlet flanges of equipment. So do you know what is the installation sequence of non-standard flanges?
The installation sequence of non-standard flanges is as follows:
1. Install the flanges with grooved rings on the pipes that need to be connected.
2. First of all, before connecting butt welding flanges, the inside and outside of the connected stainless steel pipe fittings should be sorted out.
3. The port of the pipe needs to be treated with a 90-degree flanging process, and the plane of the port of the pipe needs to be polished after treatment.
4. Another simple method is to use the finished product to flange the short pipe and then weld it on the pipe.
5. Embed the stainless steel sealing ring of the O-shaped rubber sealing ring installed on both sides in the flange with groove ring. The inner hole of the sealing ring is the same as the inner diameter of the pipe.
6. When tightening the butt welding flange, attention should be paid to ensure that the tightness of each joint must reach the required specification.
7. Then connect the flange holes with bolts, and the bolt components need to be tightened symmetrically.
Non-standard flanges are sealed with gaskets, flange screw joints, welded flanges and clamp flanges, low pressure pipes can be used with steel wire flanges and welded flanges with pressure higher than 4kg, and the gasket is placed between the two flanges and used Bolted.
